BBH is an investment banking business focusing on investments in public markets, commodities and securities trading, arbitrage, hedge. We maintain operations in Cyprus, Bahamas, Seychelles, BVI, USA, UK, Hong Kong, Germany, and other foreign jurisdictions. BBH was created in 2014, temporarily stopped due to the Ukrainian crisis, almost finally destroyed as a result of a hostile takeover in 2016-2020 within the scope of the Hermitage Capital combined case. The recovery has been starting by BOOST since 2021 to support BOOST's business operations on public markets. BBH is an investment banking business of the BOOST group which is operating across the globe. At the moment BBH recovers its' operations destroyed as a result of a hostile takeover and attempt of the raider capture of the BOOST as a part of the Big League processes.
