STOCKTAKING

  • Standard basic procedure includes:

  1. Double counting;

  2. Selective control recalculation (5% of all pieces);

  3. Control opening of boxes/pallets (5%);

  4. ​Check of metrological equipment used for weighting;

  5. Movement of boxes/pallets;

  6. 12 hours/24 hours - depending on the type of facility to be examined;

  7. SOX404 report on inventory controls (stocktaking + metrology).

  • The minimum price (all taxes are included) for a standard 12-hours basic procedure starts from:

  • The exact price is calculated based on labor intensity and direct material costs applicable for the industry of your object, size of the object, the type of inventory or assets, duration of stocktaking, and urgency of process.

  • Special survival package for SME (1 small shop, beauty spa) - 10000 Rub for 12-hours procedure for XS-size location covered fixed assets, inventory, cash register.

TRANSACTION SUPPORT

  • Change of control preparation procedure: limitation of movements of personnel, goods, cash, e-keys, stamps, documents, blocking of IT access to accounting systems, e-mails, corporate databases, data storage, data centers, etc.: 50000 USD per hour.

  • Closing of accounts before asset transition - balance fixation and act signing: 10000 USD per hour.

  • Taking out and closing of management and accounting registers (contracts, securities, book of sales, general ledger, company orders, etc.): 10000 USD per hour.

  • Transferring of documentation: 10000 USD per hour.

  • Transferring of keys: 10000 USD per hour.

  • Transferring of stamps: 10000 USD per hour.

  • Stocktaking: standard stocktaking price.

  • The signing of the deal documents - presence: 10000 USD per hour.

  • Confirmation of the deal conditions precedents execution: 10000 USD per hour.

  • Change of Executive management (CEO, CFO, Chief Accountant, head of the business unit) - stocktaking, fixation of labor documents, transferring of authority (recall and exchange of rights to sign, power of attorneys, stamps, personal equipment, IT credentials, accounts, e-mails archives, files, notebooks, etc.): 10000 USD per hour + for stocktaking see the same-named sheet for operational staff.

  • The client shall compensate in full all direct material and travel expenses. 

payroll

  • Employee master file creation - e-card and printed copy: 500 Rub per 1 employee per 1 card.

  • Standard labor contract: 400 Rub per 1 employee.

  • Non-standard labor contract: 1400 Rub per 1 employee.

  • HR documents pack - hiring/transferring/promotion/downgrading/change of salary/vacation: 300 Rub per 1 pack​. 8 rub per 1 related data base/accounting transaction.

  • HR documents pack - operational employee dismissal: 1500 Rub per 1 employee.

  • HR documents pack - vacation/maternity leave/sick list/compensation for health damage: 1000 Rub per 1 case + 8 Rub per 1 accounting transaction.

  • Payroll calculation: 100 Rub per 1 employee per 1 month+8 Rub per 1 accounting transaction.

  • Timesheet maintenance: 100 Rub per 1 employee per 1 month.

  • Payroll payment: 100 Rub per 1 employee per 1 month.

  • HR related tax declaration: 100 Rub per 1 declaration.

  • Tax declaration with individual data: tax declaration standard price 100 Rub + 30 Rub per 1 employee per 1 month.

PROCUREMENT

  • Inventory catalog - master file/e-card per one nomenclature: 10 Rub per 1 position.

  • Shipments documentation of stock/fixed assets: 50 Rub per 1 pack without the cost of printing.

  • Invoicing: 50 Rub per 1 pack without the cost of printing.

  • Acts for provision of services: 30 Rub per 1 pack without printing

  • Goods tagging: 22 Rub per 1 tag.

  • Shipments - order picking: 3 Rub per 1 position in the customer order.

  • Stock receipt: 1 Rub per 1 item in the trade bill.

  • Procurement - purchase order placement: 8.8 Rub per 1 position in the requisition order.
