Santa Fe is an impossible tex-mex end-to-end food project that includes its food production integrated with the multiformat food retail chain. The main target of Santa Fe is to make people happy by offering them healthy, tasty, sustainable tex-mex at an affordable price. We make the most focus on solving the pain with healthy fast food in public areas, schools, make that accessible anytime. Also, we dream to eliminate the environmental impact of takeaways. Santa Fe presumably targets public facilities, schools, business centers and strives to replace traditional junk food with a healthy, tasty, accessible, circular solution. Santa Fe is dedicated to the memory of the well-known Yuri Navarro, who suddenly passed away in 2015, founder and chef of the same-named Santa Fe flagship famous restaurant opened in Moscow by Rosinter in 1994, and closed later, in 2008.

PLANTED MEAT
We don't use ingredients of animal origin and replace all meat and milk products with planted analogs without any impairment on the taste of the cuisine.
NO ALCOHOL
We don't sell alcohol. Instead, we offer a broad range of non-alcohol cocktails and soft drinks. To replace alcohol, we sell alternative spirits, including non-alcohol traditional tequila.
WASTELESS
We eliminate in our production process food waste using lean methods of doing business. We also use our distinguished circular packaging solutions to eliminate packaging waste for Santa Fe takeaways. A part of our products you can buy in dispensable vending machines and get the dishes on the deposit basis on-the-go.
