Summary

Hijacking, terroristic acts, and bombing an aircraft are rare crimes. They are technically complex, costly, and require specific skills in planning and execution. A random person or even an organized criminal group - a non-specialist - cannot commit them. The same applies to terrorist attacks with mass shootings, car accidents, conflagration, poisoning, hostage-taking, and other rare, complex, and costly crimes to organize and execute. The accidental character of such crimes is utterly impossible.
